Cllr Clifford's legal advisors wish to point out that Cllr. Clifford as a responsible member of the community does not condone, encourage or find amusing in any way the use of push bikes in this manner. In fact, Cllr. Clifford finds this behaviour totally irresponsible and has purely shown this video on his site as a warning to others.
