Yes, the final hurdle has now been cleared that was holding up progress on the Town Centre. I have spoken to the Chief Executive at Rushmoor and Simon Rutter of KPI this week and the lawyers on both sides are all happy with the legal agreement which will enable work to finally commence.
It is planned that the work will be completed in about 18 months which is an ambitious building programme. It is divided into phases but these will be run sequentially without any delays (I hope) between.
